Default PC: gold fire wand

can i have a price check on this wand please:

fire dmg 11-22 (req 13 fire magic)
improves casting speed (chance: 8%)
improves skill recharge (chance:9%)
value: 280g

It's not going to be worth much at all, since if a fire mage wants a wand for fast casting and fast skill recharge, they'll just get one from a collector. Also, the possibility of selling it to someone who is a secondary fire mage is killed by the high req. Not worth much at all, unfortunately. Maybe 1 platinum.

(Disclaimer: This is all IMO. If you can sell it for 50p, then rock on.)
